Proforce Armed Reaction established an operational headquarters and 24 hour control room in Bryanston / Randburg, in June 1999. We have recently moved offices to Bryanpark Shopping Centre. It is from these offices that the company dispatches Armed Reaction vehicles and Bobby-on-the-Beat bicycle patrols.

The company operates in the area from Randridge Mall, Randpark through to Craigavon in Fourways. The obvious advantages of this are that our armed response times are minimal, our reaction teams get to know the area, and the streets as well as residents and domestic staff. The management controls of our guarding staff is also more “hands-on” due to our limited area of operation.

Our management, controls and incentive programmes are probably the best in the industry, and because of our modus operandi and tenacity we have become one of the most successful security companies in the area.

We have been nominated by a number of residents committees as the “preferred” security provider.

Other services we offer include pet-care while owners are away from home, special calls for children at home alone and a rendezvous escort service.

Urban threat management is a private contractor specializing in urban control, crisis intervention and emergency management. They are registered with SIRA, ICTOA (International Counter Terrorism Officers Association), ITOTA (International Tactical Officers Training Association)and IACSP (International Association of Counter Terrorism and Security Professionals). They assist Proforce and their clients with:

- By Law Violations

The urban control system makes use of intelligence gathering, pro-active operations, visible and covert patrols and surveillance. It monitors crime patterns and other urban threats with an area as well as vehicles and pedestrian traffic.

Paramedical Response

Metro Medical is a company that provides professional and comprehensive medical service to the public. Proforce is assisted by Metro Medical for Paramedical Emergency Response for all its Armed Response clients. This service is included in the fee that clients pay on a monthly basis.
